Location, just a ten minute walk to the city center.
The street nearby was very noisy. Also, in the morning you got too much direct sunlight and the curtains were not dark or thick enough to stop the sunlight from entering so it was very difficult to sleep as soon as the sun rised.

Great Stay Despite a Few Hiccups
The room was cozy, and having a fridge was a big plus in the summer heat! Quick tip, don't hesitate to ask for extra towels. The location near the opera house is fantastic!

The suite provided was spacious, well-decorated, and impeccably clean, with effective air conditioning. Its prime location near the Opera House and directly across from Kumpel restaurant was convenient. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet with a selection of delicious traditional Ukrainian dishes and was served promptly. The hotel offered multiple Wi-Fi connections in various areas, and taxis were always readily available outside.
Only one key per room and low-quality toilet paper.
